Before Your Arrival in Yiwu:

1. We will advise on the optimal time for your business trip to China, source suppliers, and schedule meetings in advance of your visit.
2. We will provide an invitation letter (business or official) to support your visa application.
3. We will secure hotel accommodations for you at the best available rates.
4. We offer transportation services, including pick-up from Shanghai Pudong Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, or Yiwu Airport.

During Your Stay in Yiwu:

1. We will guide you through the appropriate product markets, visiting each shop or factory as required.
2. We will facilitate communication by translating between you and the suppliers.
3. We will meticulously record product details such as item number, description, unit price, quantity, size, color, packing details, MOQ, etc., and photograph all merchandise you order.
4. We will create a Proforma Invoice detailing unit prices, quantities, total amount, total CBM, ocean freight, local handling fees, etc., along with our Purchase Order for your review.

After Completing Your Purchases in Yiwu:

1. We will place orders once you confirm and we receive a 30%-50% advance payment.
2. We will monitor each order to ensure production meets our timelines and standards, keeping you updated on progress.
3. We require the balance to be paid before goods collection, as we settle with suppliers on the day of collection.
4. We will gather all goods in our warehouse, conduct a thorough inspection to ensure your requirements are met, and send you an inspection report for confirmation.
5. We will distribute payment to all confirmed suppliers.
6. We will book shipping space as per your request and manage the shipment.
7. We will prepare all necessary export documents and handle customs declarations.
8. We will send you all shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice, to facilitate customs clearance at your destination.

When You Are Not in China or Have No Plans to Visit Yiwu:

1. If you wish to customize a design or require us to source a product identical to your sample, we can do so in Yiwu markets or through B2B websites.
2. We will initiate sample development once we receive the sample cost.
3. We will proceed with the standard order routine upon your sample confirmation.
4. If you have placed orders directly with factories, our quality control staff will inspect the orders on-site, providing you with an inspection report for confirmation.
5. We will keep you updated with the latest products or items that may interest you.
